Fred Mir brings over four decades of real estate and entrepreneurial expertise to Fox Capital Group, which he founded on the conviction that superior design and best-in-class locations are the foundation of enduring real estate value.

Fred began his career as the founder of Kitchen Gallery, which grew to become one of the most recognized luxury kitchen design firms in Los Angeles. The meticulous eye for detail, craftsmanship, and premium materials that defined Kitchen Gallery became the hallmark of every real estate project that followed. During the 2008 financial crisis, Fred identified a once-in-a-generation opportunity and pivoted into residential real estate, applying his design expertise to high-end property rehabilitation and development. What began as opportunistic home flipping evolved into a disciplined investment platform - one that has since developed over 200 luxury units and acquired more than 50 assets across Southern California over three decades. Fred's philosophy is simple: invest in the best real estate, build the best product, and hold it long enough for the market to reward patience.

Aryeh Aslan joined Fox Capital Group bringing a rare combination of rigorous analytical training and hands-on real estate investment experience. He is responsible for deal sourcing, investment underwriting, and capital deployment strategy.

Aryeh graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the world's preeminent business programs, where he developed the quantitative and strategic foundation that now defines his approach to real estate investment. Following Wharton, he launched his career as a consultant at LEK Consulting, where he advised leading companies on strategy, operations, and value creation. He subsequently joined Levy Affiliated as a Principal, where he oversaw and managed approximately $200 million in diverse real estate investments across asset classes and geographies. At Fox Capital Group, Aryeh brings institutional-grade underwriting discipline to the firm's entrepreneurial culture - identifying opportunities with the precision of a seasoned investor and the conviction of a founder.

Leila Miras leads Fox Capital Group's design vision, ensuring that every asset the firm develops or repositions reflects the highest standards of architectural quality and interior refinement.

Leila studied architecture at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation - one of the most rigorous and celebrated architecture programs in the world. Her academic training gave her a deep understanding of how built environments shape human experience, a perspective she brings to every Fox Capital Group project. Before joining the firm, Leila held design positions at Clements Design, a premier Los Angeles interior design studio known for its work on some of the city's most extraordinary private residences and luxury developments. At Fox Capital Group, Leila translates the firm's commitment to best-in-class product into tangible design decisions - from unit layouts and material selections to building facades and amenity programming - ensuring that every project delivers an elevated experience for its residents and end users.
