The firm has developed 200 plus units across the full development cycle, from entitlement and design through construction and stabilization, leveraging its in-house general contracting capability to control quality and cost.

Retail

Selective retail investments in high-barrier-to-entry locations with strong foot traffic and irreplaceable real estate fundamentals. The firm focuses on necessity-driven and experiential retail that is resilient to e-commerce pressures and benefits from the density of the surrounding urban environment.

Office

Opportunistic office investments in prime Los Angeles locations, particularly assets with value-add potential or repositioning opportunities. The firm looks for situations where its development expertise and general contracting capability can create a differentiated outcome.

Medical

Medical office, dental practices, and veterinary clinics - essential-service tenants with sticky occupancy and recession-resistant demand. The firm targets single-tenant and small multi-tenant medical assets in high-density Southern California submarkets, where the combination of limited new supply, strong population growth, and irreplaceable locations creates a durable income profile.
